My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and inclusive. I bring both lived and professional experience in supporting Autistic, ADHD, and Dyslexic individuals and their families, and I offer a space where you’re free to unmask and be yourself. At our first session, we’ll talk through any sensory needs, and you’re welcome to bring comfort or stimming items to help you feel at ease. £50 per session.

I offer online and telephone counselling to my clients, which allows for more flexibility on the times that we can connect. £50 per session *£30 reduced rate slot offered for specific online timeslots (Terms and conditions apply)

I offer support to current student counsellors. £35 per session. **please check with your course provider, the requirements for your counsellor in terms of period of qualification, modality and delivery method (in person/remote) as these can vary**
05.
I am a level 2 Reiki Practitioner with a short lineage to Master Usui. I was traditionally trained overseas and offer both distance and in person healing. £60 per session.
